Change of mind or Incorrect order
Goodwax Records offers no refund on sale items in case of change-of-mind or in case of having provided an incorrect shipping address. Please carefully review cart items during checkout to prevent any incorrect orders being placed.
If you have placed an order for an incorrect item or requested delivery to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately (see: Contact Page) so that we may amend or cancel the order prior to dispatch (if applicable).
In case of new or used electronics we offer a full refund in case of broken or malfunctioning goods within 14 days of receiving them. This is conditional upon customers taking fair and reasonable steps to troubleshoot faults and/or returning items to Goodwax Records.
We encourage that customers check our Record Gradings page before placing any orders for new or used vinyl records, as our grading system uses acronyms that may be misunderstood otherwise. We do not offer refunds when item conditions have been accurate but misinterpreted.
All of our products are carefully graded for condition prior to listing. If you believe the condition of an item has been misrepresented, please contact us (see: Contact Page) so that we may discuss options. Please note that proof of condition may be required.
Loss or damage in transit
During checkout customers are presented with their choice of shipping or postage method. These methods vary depending on speed of delivery and the inclusion or exclusion of insurance/cover for loss or damage in transit. Goodwax Records makes these options available for each order where applicable. We do not offer refunds in case of loss or damage in transit when this option has not been selected.
